Kristen is an international speaker, trainer and executive coach, regularly presenting across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangladesh, Hong Kong and the United States. She is also a respected media voice – a regular columnist for CEO World, expert radio commentator, interviewee on the Today Show, and contributor to “Leadership Matters”. Additionally, Kristen is the author of ‘TRACTION – The Neuroscience of Leadership and Performance’, translating complex brain science into practical leadership tools.
Drawing on a Master’s degree in the Neuroscience of Leadership and over 20 years of experience in senior management and sales leadership roles with major Australian organisations including Pacific Dunlop, Bonds, Fairfax and News Limited, Kristen blends commercial realism with cutting-edge neuroscience. Her work focuses on helping managers become influential leaders, technical experts become confident communicators, and teams thrive through change.
Kristen is also an accredited Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation, certified NeuroLeadership Group coach, Master Trainer in Emotional Intelligence, and accredited in PRISM Brain Mapping – the world’s first online neuroscience-based profiling tool – as well as DiSC and emotional intelligence assessments.
