Amy has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Master's in Forensic Psychiatry, Master's in Performance, Bachelor's with Honours in Psychology. She also has experience in therapeutic training in cognitive therapies including Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Compassion Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
She has educated and conducted research for Oxford University and had multiple clinical roles before centring her focus to how fear impacts us in a work environment.
After spending over thirty years developing intellectual property on how fear compresses us, and safety explores our strengths individually and collectively, Dr Amy Silver’s book, The Loudest Guest: How to Control and Change Your Relationship with Fear is a transformational read for individuals ready to move beyond fear.
