Ruhee Meghani is the visionary founder of Allied Collective, Australia’s first inclusive facilitation and wellbeing agency, which champions purpose-led leadership development through future-focused training. With over 12 years of experience across a diverse range of industries, including wellbeing, retail, advertising, sports management, hospitality, technology, digital marketing, and community services, Ruhee has established herself as a prominent thought leader, public speaker, and yoga teacher.
Her academic foundation in psychology and business management, coupled with extensive training in Yoga philosophy, further supports her passionate approach to inclusive and accessible wellbeing. At Allied Collective, Ruhee leads innovative training and workshops designed with cultural humility and relational design at their core. The agency is renowned for its immersive, collaborative learning experiences that prioritise conversation and engagement over passive learning.
