Carli is a Wellbeing Keynote Speaker and Corporate Wellbeing Specialist combining 25 years of Health & Wellbeing expertise. With a Degree in Health Science and a Masters in Business, Carli has lead Wellbeing in multi-national corporations, including Johnson & Johnson Australia & New Zealand. Carli’s Masters research in Corporate Wellbeing provided evidence with which she uses to build customised Wellbeing programs in businesses right across Australia. From workplace wellbeing assessments, wellbeing keynotes and events, right through to wellbeing program delivery.

Carli’s shares her own life story of burning out as a partner, a parent and a high performer. Through denial and survival, Carli developed an action plan that prioritizes selfcare, boosts productivity by working smarter, protects time and enhances wellbeing.
