Al Jeffery

Al Jeffery has been nominated for Young Australian of the Year in both 2015 and 2016, presented at two international TEDx Conferences and listed in the Top 30 Entrepreneurs in Australia. He is also the author of 'Modern Tribe: Finding Community and Meaning in the 21st Century'. As a speaker, Al is highly regarded for his adaptability and his drive to help audiences acheive their outcomes. 

Beginning his career journey at just twelve years old, Al has been involved in many social businesses and projects. He has worked with Apple, Google, Telstra, AusPost and more, helping them to create workplaces centred around wellbeing, community connectedness and creativity. 

Al is deeply interested in discovering humanity and how that influences everyday living. He speaks very often on the topic of finding your purpose and crafting a life of meaning. Al holds a strong focus on the importance of wellbeing and actively practices meditation, mindfulness, yoga and Ayurvedic therapy.

As a leader, Al is known for transforming his teams, leading to the facilitation of wellbeing, team performance and leadership development programs for progressive and forward-thinking teams.
