What additional expenses do I need to consider when booking a Keynote Speaker?
Sometimes there are additional expenses associated with the fee for your motivational speaker. Let’s be clear, there will be no additional adminstration fee from Keynote Entertainment. However, there may be additional costs associated with the event, most commonly when the presenter is required to travel interstate.
Additional costs normally include:
• Ground transfers (allowance, car and driver, petrol or rental car to and from airport, accommodation and event)
• Return airfares from the speaker’s home destination
• Accommodation as required for the event
• Meals and incidental expenses while at the event
• Production and audio visual, such as projectors for PowerPoint presentation, lapel mic, lectern etc.
Some additional expenses are negotiable, while some aren’t - however, in all instances, we will secure the best possible deal for you.
