As a respected leader in women’s sport, Bianca Chatfield was one of the youngest players ever to have debuted for the Australian Diamonds. Making a name for herself on and off the court, Bianca is a passionate advocate for women in sports.
Retiring in 2015, Bianca now works across all media platforms, educating on leadership, women in sport, and developing a high-performance mindset.. Currently, she can be seen as a panellist on Fox Sports ‘GAME DAY LIVE’ and the ABC’s ‘Sideliners’, as well as a regular on SEN and Macquarie Sports Radio.
In 2016, Bianca launched her first book called ‘Game On’, which aims to empower women to make their own choices, follow their passion, navigate through their fear of change, and make a game plan.
Alongside Victoria University Sport, Bianca helped to develop High Performance Academy, where she provides high performance netball coaching to young women with a passion for playing netball an elite level.
In 2018, Bianca teamed up with former teammate Carla Dziwoki to compete on Channel Nine’s ‘The Block’.
As a speaker, Bianca is sought-after as a leadership keynote presenter, MC or host, as well as a workshop facilitator.
