There, he designed large-scale initiatives that bridged philanthropy, education, and marketing to create broad social change. Phill worked his way from team facilitator to program manager, and then as the Global Head of Partnerships and Business Development. He is known for having served as education spokesperson for Apple in Australia through the acclaimed Beyond Chalk program and for pitching and securing investments with Optus, The Hyundai A-League, Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food, and Mondelez International. He’s a proud ChangeLabs alumnus and 'LabRat'. Phill continues to support social impact, dedicating one day each month to mentor leaders of not-for-profit organisations.
In 2014, Phill also founded the Switch Sessions, unique invitational events that bring together leading thinkers and practitioners from branding, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy. These events foster closed-door experiences and roundtable discussions to explore best practices in change-making and have been hosted across multiple locations in Europe and Australia.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Phill is a proud husband and father, living in Byron Bay, Australia. His love for adventure takes him from surfing and motorbiking to camping and off-road driving, always seeking authentic experiences that broaden his perspective. His travels, which have seen him spend more than 1000 nights on the road across 40 cities, have given him the global insights that enable him to bring a wide-ranging vision to clients and ensure a broader perspective of what is possible.
Phill's work, whether in the boardroom, classroom, or community, is a testament to his unwavering belief that leadership and personal growth can transform organisations, communities, and individuals.
