The businessman and former AFL player shaping Brisbane's property market
Across his decade-long AFL career with the Brisbane Lions, Jamie Charman has demonstrated his athleticism and sportsmanship as one of the club’s most dedicated members. He employs the same strategies for success across his professional career as a businessman.
Jamie joined the Brisbane Lions in the 2000 AFL National Draft, and was quickly recognised for his talent with an AFL Rising Star nomination. He was also named the Lion's Best Rookie in 2002, and would go on to become a member of the 2003 Lion's Premiership-winning side just three years after joining.
As part of the Lion’s Team of the Decade, the premiership ruckman retired from his career with an astounding 129 matches.
Jamie remained involved with the Brisbane Lions through a range of consultancy roles, including on the business development of their corporate team. Shortly after, he went on to work in consultancy with his business expertise.
A Queenslander at heart, Jamie is passionate about helping buyers navigate Brisbane’s property market. He founded his own buyer’s agency, Charman Property Co, after further cementing his expertise on all things property, including the developing, listing, buying and selling of property.
With a wealth of knowledge across his AFL and business career, Jamie’s presentations equip audiences with the right strategies to succeed in their professional lives.
