A specialist in fine Italian cuisine, Guy Grossi has always had a love and passion for great food. His kitchens are to be filled with creativity, love, devotion and discipline and he currently has two restaurants in Melbourne, ‘Grossi Florentino’ in Bourke Street and ‘Merchant’ in Collins Street.
As well as running two successful restaurants, Guy can also be found on the television. His fun personality and exceptional skills as a chef has seen him co-host a special Food Safari series for SBS alongside Mauve O’Mara, make regular appearances on Masterchef, star alongside Neil Perry and Guillaume Brahimi as an Ironchef and become a judge on Seven Network’s My Kitchen Rules.
Guy’s enthusiastic attitude towards tradition and family has seen him become one of Australia’s most successful chefs, and his love for good food is ever-growing.
