As part of the Flight Centre Travel Group leadership team, Alison was instrumental in building the company’s culture of excellence, leading to the most profit for eight consecutive years. She has managed over 200 stores, and opened over 100 stores to help build the brand’s reach. Thanks to her leadership, she helped grow her division’s profits from $18 million to $49 million.
Launching Alison Crabb Consulting in 2016, she continued to work with retail area leaders, executives and operations leaders to create high performing environments with a positive impact on their people. Alison has worked with some of Australia’s largest retailers, including The Accent Group, The Reject Shop, Strandbags and Bupa.
At the core of her retail expertise, Alison follows a person philosophy of being “Humans First, Employees Second”. She is committed to building a work culture of trust and purpose, which she believes will help retail leaders build high-performing teams.
In recognition of her work, Alison was awarded Flight Centre’s Director’s Award for Global Outstanding Achievement, as well as a finalist for the Telstra Businesswomen of the Year Award.
