GINGER & SMART was established in 2002, combining Alexandra’s business background with her sister’s design experience to produce a successful and exciting fashion venture.

Alexandra has worked as an editor and publisher for high-quality lifestyle magazines. She spent six years working at Bauer Media, launching several business units and magazines. Alexandra also worked as the Launch Editor of OYSTER Magazine.

GINGER & SMART is now sold in over 50 stores across the nation and overseas, has several stand-alone boutiques as well as a thriving online business. The company combines captivating designs with top quality materials and manufactures.

Alexandra also sits on the Contemporary Collectors Benefactors Committee (CCB) at the AGNSW, and the sunSCHine Committee raising funds for the Sydney Children’s Hospital. She is also a mentor with the AGSM/UNSW Alumni Leader Mentor program.
