Rob Bradbury is a visionary leader and the Co-founder and International Director of Greenaid, a dynamic organisation committed to transforming lives through grassroots, sustainable development. With a deep-rooted belief in the power of making life better, Greenaid is dedicated to addressing the most urgent needs of marginalised communities around the world. Through innovative projects and a commitment to social impact, Greenaid channels 100% of its profits from the sale of green sterile strips into life-changing initiatives worldwide.

Over the years, Rob and his team have launched nine rescue centres globally, provided education through three schools, completed over 200 water projects, and created critical opportunities through adult vocational training centres and micro-enterprise programs. Additionally, Rob has ensured that even the smallest joys, like birthday parties for orphans, are celebrated, making a tangible difference in the lives of the children and families they support.

With over 25 years of experience in training and leadership, Rob brings a wealth of expertise in team development. He started his journey managing teams at Myers before moving on to work closely with staff and volunteer teams in community groups and schools across Australia. His focus has always been on empowering individuals to make a difference, not just for others but also for themselves.

Rob’s program, The Greenhouse Project, offers teams the unique opportunity to travel to developing countries like Cambodia and build homes for families living in extreme poverty. During these impactful trips, participants engage in hands-on construction while gaining insights into the local culture, economy, and the profound impact of their work. Rob’s motivational sessions inspire participants, both individually and as a group, encouraging them to see the larger purpose of their efforts and how giving to others also enriches their own lives.
