As an award-winning sportswoman, experienced NLP coach, and motivational speaker, Elle Stelle teaches her audiences to be kinder, more empowered, and to embrace life.
Over a thirteen-year swimming career, Elle represented Australia internationally, and was made captain of numerous Australian swimming teams. She represented the nation at the 2000 Paralympics and held a Victorian Institute of Sport scholarship for eight years.
Away from swimming, Elle also took up the sport of wheelchair rugby, becoming the only female to be selected to play for Victoria at a national level.
With a passion for playing sport, Elle never let her physical limitations hold her back. Born with the muscle and joint condition Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congentia, Elle uses a wheelchair and has achieved greatness in sport, life, and in helping those around her.
A gifted and natural leader, Elle works to help women connect with their spiritual power. Since 2015, her mission has been to make women’s lives and businesses more magical by uncovering their true strength.
Elle has worked with a broad range of organisations, including ANZ and WorkSafe, where she assists in disability support, change management, and mentor programs.
As a speaker, Elle is confident and professional. Drawing on her elite sports background, Elle speaks on a variety of topics, as well as provides in-house leadership and communication training.
