An ARIA award-winning musician, Logie-nominated actor and award-winning author, Clare Bowditch is one of Australia’s most respected creative talent and public speakers.

A prolific artist herself, Clare has been invited to tour with several of music’s greatest acts including Leonard Cohen, Gotye and Paul Kelly.

With a Rolling Stone Woman of The Year Award for her contribution to Australian culture, Clare has been a passionate musician leader for two decades. Her dedication to helping new musicians find their own voice by overcoming their fear of public singing has been instrumental in fostering a new generation of musical artists.

Clare also inspires readers in her first book ‘Your Own Kind of Girl’, where she exposes the truth behind battling your inner critic. For this she was awarded an ABIA Award for ‘The Matt Richel Best New Australian Writer’ in 2020.

Clare is also the founder of ‘Big Hearted Business,’ where she fosters a community of people keen to learn about the intersections between creativity and business. She has also partnered with eco-warrior Joost Bakker to implement one of the largest food-waste-free Business Conferences in the world. Outside of this, Clare is also an Ambassador for Smiling Mind, APRA, and The Stella Prize.
