With a message that applies in business and everyday life, Rob Redenbach’s Footprints & Legacies is a rollercoaster of adventure, learning and laughs. Modern leaders need a different approach, one that helps them progress in their own career as they simultaneously empower the team members they work alongside. This is more than a feel good ideal – it makes pragmatic sense. And with a pragmatic mix of practical experience and proven techniques, Rob’s Leadership Without Rank explains how to become more respected and more influential – whether you have rank or not.

Rather than being a ‘talking head’ that lectures audience members, Rob encourages an open dialogue that incorporates the collective experiences of the team. This style of facilitation not only creates an inclusive learning environment, it simultaneously demonstrates the universal value of collaboration and teamwork.
