Drawing from experiences that range from surviving a road-side ambush in Baghdad to performing sell-out talks at the Sydney Opera House, Rob Redenbach helps leaders and teams to thrive in challenging situations.
A graduate of Bond University’s Centre for Dispute Resolution, Rob has a Master of Arts (with Distinction) from Charles Sturt University and has completed Executive Education at Harvard in the United States.
A former member of the Australian Defence Force, his post-military experiences include; managing a security company in Papua New Guinea, working with Nelson Mandela’s bodyguard team in South Africa and providing close personal protection to aid workers in Iraq. Since then Rob has taught adaptability and resilience strategies to leaders in over twenty countries. BHP, CommBank, Fuji Xerox, Griffith University, LG Electronics, Oregon Narcotics Enforcement Association, Toyota and YPO are some of the groups that have benefited from his live presentations.
In 2023 the Edinburgh Evening News compiled a list of the Top 10 acts worth catching at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and listed Rob’s biographical talk at #4. His unique blend of humour and hard facts entertains and educates in equal measure.
