As the founder and long-standing CEO of Dattner Group, Fabian has been at the forefront of the leadership consultancy firm, leading the charge in cultural transformation, executive development and working with women.
With nearly four decades of experience across different sectors, including in government, non-profits, corporate and start-ups, Fabian has applied her expertise to hundreds of international organisations and thousands of world leaders.
