Zoe Bingley-Pullin is an established and trusted expert in whole food nutrition and wellbeing, an internationally trained chef from Le Cordon Bleu School, London, with a diploma of Nutrition. Zoe is also the founder of nutritional consultancy Nutritional Edge as well as an established media personality across television, print, radio and digital. Aiming to help people embrace the benefits of food through education and understanding, and has been a passionate voice in the nutrition space for over 15 years to assist in creating and sustaining healthier lifestyles.
Zoe was a co-host of Good Chef Bad Chef on Network Ten for five seasons (2013- 2017), and in 2017 joined House of Wellness (Seven Network) as a regular segment host. In 2018 Zoe expanded this role, being seen as a regular guest host on the House of Wellness Radio Show (Macquarie Media). Her professionalism on screen has seen her present on Studio 10, The Morning Show, Everyday Gourmet, and beyond. Zoe has been associated with a variety of brands, and can currently be seen working as the expert nutritionist for the Woolworths Brunch Community since 2017.
Bringing her wealth of food knowledge, Zoe is the current brand ambassador for Keto-Fit, strengthening their message around living a healthier lifestyle, also working as the expert nutritionist for the Woolworths Brunch Community since 2017. Zoe has been associated with a multitude of brands including SunRice, Kenwood, Only About Children, Thompson’s, Vitasoy across their non-dairy ranges, Rafferty’s Garden across recipe development, and as head Nutritionist for My Food Bag providing nutritious recipes and advice.
Zoe is the author of two cookbooks, Eat Taste Nourish (New Holland) which was released in 2009, focussing on practical nutrition and how to create healthy food in simple ways. Her second book, Falling in Love with Food, launched in 2016 after generating huge success from her first online program of the same name the year previous. This program involved an 8-week interactive course teaching people about food groups, cooking and how to have a positive attitude towards food for life. Zoe is also a regular contributor to national publications such as The Huffington Post, Sporteluxe, Body and Soul Online, Women’s Health, Vogue and Kidspot, and was previously the food editor for Fitness First Magazine.
