Grace Lam is one of Asia’s most prominent editors and stylists, with over 25 years of experience in the fashion industry, empowering women worldwide through style and focusing on midlife transformation and impactful dressing. A former Senior Fashion Style Editor at VOGUE China, Grace has spent a decade creating high-profile editorial content, VOGUE events and collaborating with local and international celebrities, including esteemed talents like actors - Hugh Grant, Jude Law, Maggie Cheung, supermodels - Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, singer -Lana Del Rey and many more.
Born in Hong Kong but having lived in London most of her life, Grace has built her career in fashion capitals such as New York, Paris, Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai. She holds a First-Class Honors degree in Graphic Design from world renowned Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design and began her career at famed i-D magazine in London, where she became fashion assistant and PA to Edward Enninful OBE, former Editor-in-Chief of British VOGUE. Grace’s international clients include Estée Lauder, Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Dior, Calvin Klein, Van Cleef & Arpels, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Citibank Asia, Porsche, Canon, and Dyson. In 2018, she became the first Hong Kong-born global Estée Ambassador for Estée Lauder, solidifying her impact within the industry.
After relocating to Australia, Grace has relaunched her personal styling services with a mission to inspire women in Perth and beyond. Her popular styling and shopping services have assisted women in finding their own unique voice and image. She actively works to dismantle midlife fashion stereotypes, helping women dress confidently and stylishly at any age. Her diverse approach to modern styling advice has attracted clients from all over Australia and around the world. Through in person styling session or online styling and using phone apps, she's able to spread her styling expertise worldwide. Throughout her career, she has styled women from diverse backgrounds, including CEOs, COOs, entrepreneurs, and professionals across various industries. With her exceptional, refined taste, she empowers clients to stand out and reach new heights in their careers. She believes that how we dress is a reflection of our individuality and that dressing with confidence elevates self-assurance, allowing women to feel truly empowered.
in 2024, Grace partnered with Red Cross Australia in Perth to share her styling expertise, championing the mission "No Woman Will Be Left Behind" by equipping women with practical fashion tools for everyday empowerment.
In addition to her expertise in styling, Grace is a dynamic public speaker and moderator. She passionately addresses the significance of women's roles in the workplace and openly shares her journey as an Asian woman navigating stereotypes and overcoming challenges with resilience. Grace has delivered inspiring talks at esteemed institutions, including the Women's Foundation HK, PriceWaterhouse Cooper Asia, luxury brand employee training sessions, and various universities, where she motivates the next generation.
Her engaging and witty speaking style has opened doors to prestigious opportunities, including hosting discussions with notable figures such as H&M’s Creative Director, Margareta van den Bosch, and acclaimed fashion designer Jason Wu, who is best known for dressing former First Lady Michelle Obama for Barack Obama’s inauguration in 2009.

Grace is also a vocal advocate for menopausal women, having been invited to speak at the Perth Senate Hearing in 2024, where her insights on perimenopause and menopause were cited in the government’s report. Her mission is to educate and elevate people’s knowledge of menopause, creating a safe environment for open discussion on the topic.
