He and his wife Carolyn together with their son Mitchell, watched daughter and Sister Sophie Delezio fight for her life in hospital after two very serious accidents.

In 2004, Ron and his wife Carolyn founded the Day of Difference Foundation to help critically injured kids and their families. The Foundation has raised over $14 million for hospital equipment, research and awareness-raising programs and activities. Ron Delezio provides organisations with a cost-effective way to keep staff or crowds focused during a conference, company bonding session or charity events.
