Bringing rural Australia to the forefront of minds, Angela Goode is passionate about the connection between nature and people.
Working as a journalist previously, Angela discovered her passion for farming and rural Australia and now spends her time bringing the images and issues of rural Australia to a wider audience through books, newspaper columns, and radio.
From 1981 to 2008, Angela wrote the country column for The Advertiser in Adelaide, celebrating working lives beyond the cities. In 2008, she was inducted by Rural Media South Australia as a Rural Media Icon.
In 2013, Angela published her memoir, ‘Through the Farm Gate A Life on the Land’, revealing the pain, joy and dedication of living in partnership with the land.
