An award-wining radio presenter, Sarah Maree Cameron is a hard-working, motivated, young professional. With one of the best voices, and comedic attitudes, in the radio industry.
Sarah Maree can be heard on Triple M Melbourne hosting weekday afternoons. Whilst also making special appearances such as co-hosting alongside Joey Montagna and Bernie Vince, for the LIVE Brownlow red carpet coverage on the Triple M Network. From 2017 she began working as a stand-up comedian and improv comedy actor, seen in performances like her solo stand-up show, ‘One Womb Please!’, at the 2023 Geelong Comedy Festival. As well as selling out Melbourne International Comedy Festival shows, at iconic venues such as The Toff, with comics like Akmal Saleh, The Stevenson Experience, Brett Blake and Alex Ward. Sarah Maree has also opened for Dave Thornton, Dave O’Neil, Adam Rozenbachs and Sami Shah to name a few. In 2018 she made her movie debut in an international feature film “At Last”.
Sarah Maree’s passion for radio saw her working with Nova 100 for 4 years as an afternoon and Saturday breakfast announcer. Going on to host the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Radio Show and Summer Breakfast, as well as the Summer Drive and Late nights which was networked across Australia with NE. She later moved to Fox FM Melbourne in 2017, and then to K Rock in 2018 to host breakfast. More recently being a presenter of the Southern Cross Austereo from 2019 until October 2023, broadcasting to 93 free to air TV signals across regional Australia, which reaches 2.7 million people a week. Sarah Maree won an Australian Commercial Radio Award for best networked program in 2010, after hosting a national show on Truck Radio which broadcasted to 42 stations across Australia on the Today Network.
With a love for sports, Sarah Maree has been a TV host and ground announcer for Richmond Football Club since 2013, and ground announcer for GWS Giants from 2012-2013, presenting to crowds of over 100,000 people. Previously working as a TV Host and Ground Announcer for the Central Coast mariners in 2011-2012, where she hosted the pre-game and half time entertainment on the field. In 2020 she started working with the WNBL’s Melbourne Boomers in the same role, and later joined Tennis Australia in 2021, where she worked across the ATP and WTA competitions and the Australian Open. Hosting the live feed from the AO’s broadcast compound, broadcasting to millions across the Nine Network, and the world.
Involved in multiple community groups, Sarah Maree has achieved success as a voice over artist, as well as with numerous local theatrical companies and improv comedy troupes as a trained singer, dancer, actor, and comedian. After being diagnosed with cervical cancer and endometriosis, Sarah Maree has also become a strong ambassador of both the Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation for 12 years, and of Endometriosis Australia for 9 years.
