A household name for health and wellbeing, Dr Andrew Rochford has a thriving media and medical career.
Winning ‘The Block’ in 2004, Andrew was catapulted into the limelight.
Drawing on his background in medicine, Andrew’s vibrant personality, style and skills saw him become an Australian media personality. He soon went on to co-host on the Channel 10 show, ‘The Project’, co-hosted Sydney’s Mix 106.5 radio station’s breakfast program ‘The Brighter Side of Breakfast’, before joining the Seven Network in 2011 as the network’s National Medical Editor.
In 2018, Dr Andrew was the co-host Network Ten's television program 'Pointless'.
His education includes graduating from The University of Sydney Medical School with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery and finishing the graduate medical program with honours. Andrew’s work has been published in the Journal of Neurosurgery as part of a research project for the Cerebrovascular Centre at Royal North Shore Hospital.
Andrew is an ambassador for a large number of causes and charities, with a focus on health-related issues in our community and the promotion of a healthy and active lifestyle for all Australians.
