Iconic MasterChef star and Everyday Gourmet host
With her love for all things food, Australian TV icon Justine Schofield has helped everyday Australians become better home cooks.
Justine gets her passion for cooking from both her parents. She inherited a love of French cuisine from her mother, while her father inspired her unwavering determination. Fuelled by her love of travel and culinary heritage, Justine managed to cement her passion while travelling to France.
Justine made her national TV debut in 2009, where she entered MasterChef as a contestant. With her charming personality and endless culinary skills, she aced the audition process and impressed both the judges and Australian audiences. In the end, she came fourth overall in the competition.
In 2012, Justine returned to the MasterChef kitchen for MasterChef All Stars. Raising $5,000 for charity, she put her cooking skills to the test once again to compete against previous MasterChef winners.
On top of her MasterChef feature, Justine also went on to film her own daily food show titled ‘Everyday Gourmet’ on Network Ten. With over a decade on the air, Justine has been helping Australians craft better and healthier home-cooked meals. She continues to make regular appearances on Australian TV, including as a food commentator on Channel Nine’s A Current Affair, and as a contestant on the 2019 season of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here.
Between filming her daily food show and running her boutique catering company, Justine still manages to work with various charities and appear at food events all over Australia. She is a familiar and respected face of the Australian food and media industry.
