With over three decades of experience as a financial advisor, Tracey has dedicated her work to investing in women's empowerment by creating financial confidence, which in turn assists in reaching her goal of creating long-lasting economic equality. Her expertise lies within wealth creation, leadership, achievement, and fulfilment to every table.
Tracey is the founder and CEO of WOW Women, where she leads a community of like-minded business, professional and entrepreneurial women. Her team aims to create positive change in their financial lives, as well as having an influential impact on the lives of women worldwide, as part of their social impact across the UN Sustainability Goals.
Tracey has also contributed to several women’s books alongside high-profile names such as Oprah Winfrey, Arianna Huffington and Malala Yousafzai, including ‘Endless Possibilities' and ‘There are no Limits’. These experiences inspired Tracey to write her first book ‘Finding Financial Freedom’, which explores the nine steps required to take responsibility of one’s own financial future, and encourage women to “stop trying to live a 21st century life by 19th century rules”.
She received national recognition after winning the Women in Financial Services Award, ‘Financial Planner of the Year’, and was named as one of five finalists in the prestigious AFA Female Excellence in Advice Award.
