Founder and CEO Francesca Webster hold a deep understanding of how to keep a business running and how to the use of digital marketing can largely improve any business.
In 2004, Francesca founded Brazilian Beauty, a place where women feel nurtured and left feeling good about themselves. Using her previous corporate experience and strong desire, she enables other women in business to succeed, using it as motivation to continue.
With a strong belief that the customer should be treated highly and her desire to give the employees the same level of compassion as the clients, Francesca’s brand flourished and added several franchises to its name. Her innovation and drive to succeed, led the company to grow even whilst the economy was going downhill.
Francesca has been awarded several titles for her entrepreneurship, including placing 16th in BRW’s Fast Franchise list in 2011, being announced Queensland Woman in Franchising Award in 2011, being a finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur awards in 2012 and being Brisbane Business News Young Entrepreneur Finalist in 2012.
Brazilian Beauty now has over 20 salons Australia wide and continues to grow, has a $12 million turnover and is expected to grow into the Australian Skin Institute Brand.
Francesca’s experience in founding a business is admirable, with her passion and drive helping Brazilian Beauty deliver large amounts of success.
