Featuring a diverse background in senior management in both the private and public sectors, Dr Paul Twomey is a highly skilled and experienced leader. As the founder of Argo Pacific, a high-level international advisory firm, Dr Paul has assisted companies to build and grow global internet and technology-businesses
Dr Paul has been a member and former Chairman of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on the Future of the Internet, as well as a member of the board of the Atlantic Council of the United States and a member of the Advisory Board of the United Nations’ Digital Health Initiative.
Through his roles in managing intellectual property, Dr Paul was named as one of the 100 most influential people on global intellectual property issues.
Widely published in academic journals, books and magazines, Dr Paul authors on the topics of industry policy, foreign and defence policy and development issues. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland, a Master of Arts from Pennsylvania State University and a PhD in International Relations from the University of Cambridge.
