As the man behind Domino’s pizza, Don Meij has an incredible tale to tell. Working his way up from pizza delivery driver to Leader of the largest Pizza chain in Australia, Don is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurism.

In 2014, Don was responsible for the launch of Domino’s Pizza Mogul, which enabled customers to create their own pizza and its accompanying branding, as well as earn a cut of every sale. The Pizza Mogul campaign challenged not only the pizza industry, but the entire retail industry as a whole.

For his work, Don has been the recipient of numerous awards, including The Ernst & Young Australian Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2004, Australian Institute of Management (AIM) Professional Manager of the Year 2004 (QLD) and the 2002 QLD Retail Franchise.

Don is passionate about achievements and growth, and continues to nurture Domino’s to success.
