His work career has seen Bruce manage his own business since his teens and establish a million-dollar network of businesses. He has worked with a broad range of private and public audiences, both nationally and internationally.

He covers the topics of resilience, leadership, change, teamwork, and customer relationships. 

As a speaker, Bruce was voted Australian Keynote Speaker of the Year by the National Speakers Association of Australia, as well as presented with the Paul Harris Award in Rotary District 9640 for his contribution to RYLA as a presenter for more than 20 years.
