Aileen Day

As a Principal CX Advisor, Aileen uses her 20+ years’ experience working throughout some of Australia’s most trusted brands to help her client’s become customer and human centric. 

Aileen’s aim is to help businesses understand what they need to do to deliver a customer experience that is worthy of their customer’s loyalty and makes them a value driven brand in their industry. Years on, Aileen has now worked with dozens of businesses in dozens of industries helping them achieve the insights and confidence to create a meaningful and sustainable customer experience.

Aileen now takes these lessons to a wider audience through her business workshops and speaking engagements in which she speaks as the voice of your customer.

In 2021, Aileen became one of the few Australians to be credentialled as one of Australia’s few ‘Certified Customer Experience Professionals’ (CCXP) by the global governing body of customer experience (CXPA) and in 2022, she became a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist whilst also becoming a Mum again to her second child in 12 years. 

Aileen is the proliferator of the term, ‘The Joy of CEHX’ (pr. se-hx), currently writing a book to help business leaders all over the world gain clarity and skills in implementing the pillars of the Customer, Employee and Human eXperience into their business strategy. She aids in the expansion of knowledge sharing of CEHX as the nominated Global Series Editor for CX academic case studies published through SAGE Publishing House.

With all of Aileen’s lived experience and learned skills, she uses her warm yet pragmatic and candid personality to cut through the resistance. Aileen is raw and engaging as she thrives on being the solution provider and professional cheerleader to those wanting to make a meaningful difference with their organisation and in their lives.
