Meena Thuraisingham

As an author, executive coach and expert in the area of People and Culture, Meena Thuraisingham has spoken at events across the globe. She runs a consulting practice, advising select global clients on leadership talent through both an individual and organisational perspective.

With a career spanning Asia, Europe, the US and Australia, Meena uses her experience to shape her approach as well as develop cultural flexibility. 

Now consulting to CEOs, leaders and top teams on management assessment, Meena develops the leadership and talents of those hungry from higher performance and better success. Over the past decade Meena has been a coach and mentor for hundreds of high positioned executives and top leaders.

In 2007, Meena published her first book, ‘Careers Unplugged’. Three years later she released her second book, ‘Derailed! What Smart Executives do to Stay on Track’. She is also a regular contributor to various publications. 

Meena’s career includes holding the position of Head of Leadership, Talent and Diversity for ANZ Banking Group, Head of HR for the Global Institutional & Corporate Banking division of ANZ Bank, as well as several other big corporations. 

Having spoken at numerous international forums and events, Meena encourages audiences to develop their leadership and cultural skills to find new benefits. 

Holding an Honours degree in Psychology, and a post graduate degree in Organisational Studies, Meena is an also accredited executive coach.
