Darryl has spent decades extensively researching and analysing leadership practices and high-performance methods within the world's most successful organisations. He is the former head of several organisation development functions at Flight Centre and a former member of the Australian executive team responsible for leadership capability research and implementation. Darryl is committed to building and delivering high-performance methods within organisations and is invested in developing the people side of businesses.

He facilitates programs all around the globe and has presented at conferences in the UK, Holland, Canada, the US, Hong Kong, South Africa, Indonesia, Singapore, and New Zealand. In addition, Darryl has also established and developed programs for management and staff for organisations such as Australia Post, Minter Ellison Lawyers, National Mutual, Flight Centre, BP Oil, Woolworths, Coles, Myer and many Government Departments.

Darryl has several qualifications in various fields of human behaviour and learning, including Psychology, NLP, and Clinical Hypnosis. He has been recognised as a Fellow of the International Management Centres in the UK. Darryl combines this knowledge with 15 years of experience in several strategic business roles.
