Tom Panos is a widely acclaimed real estate influencer, trainer, coach, public speaker and author
Tom Panos is a real estate coach and trainer who teaches agents how to attract business rather than chase it. He’s regarded as one of Australia’s leading coaches and has spoken at over 100 large conferences containing audiences of 500 people, and conducted 900 smaller real estate workshops in both Australia and New Zealand. His weekly video interviews reach over 20,000 real estate agents, where he provides tips on how to achieve a 7 figure salary.
Tom’s training sessions cover topics including how to get more listings, increase VPA, stay in touch strategies, buyer and seller negotiation, building personal brand, buyer management, time management, and using auctions to build an attraction business. At Australia’s largest real estate conference, AREC, Tom was ranked the number 1 real estate speaker in both 2012 and 2013, and was requested to speak again in 2014 but instead chose to be the MC. After his success he was invited once again to be the MC and speaker in 2015.
Tom founded the Real Estate Gym, 5am Club, and produces the weekly podcast on iTunes, Million Dollar Agent, alongside John McGrath. He can currently be seen working as the Real Estate Advertising Director for News Corp, and is one of Sydney’s leading Real Estate Auctioneers. Tom also makes appearances as a weekly commentator on SKY News Business, Channel 602.
Utilising evidence-based data and observing the underlying behaviours of the most successful real estate salespeople in the country, has enabled Tom to clearly articulate what differentiates those earning figures in the millions against the standard in the industry. He has been identified as one of Australia’s most influential real estate trainers, coaches, and leaders, and is a highly sought after keynote Real Estate speaker.
Tom has also received numerous professional accreditations in senior executive roles, holds a Masters Degree in Management, underwent a tertiary coaching qualification in coaching psychology from Sydney University, and is the author of multiple business professional development programs.
