Simon Burke

Simon Burke is one of the nation’s most accomplished and respected performers. Highly sought after as an MC and host, Simon is able to engage with any audience. 

With a broad career that has included starring in a variety of roles, Simon’s credentials include twenty-five years’ experience as a beloved presenter on ABC TV’s ‘Play School’, acting as MC and co-writer of the Helpmann Awards for seven years, and starring in several West End musicals. Simon has also been host, co-writer, and producer of Foxtel’s variety series ‘Studio A with Simon Burke’.

Simon has hosted many prestigious events, including Luna Park Opening Celebration Concert, Australia Plays Broadway, Hooray for Hollywood, Bespoke, as well as many other celebrations. 

Combining his extensive entertaining experience with ten years in the role of Federal President of Actors Equity Australia, Simon uses his intelligence, wit, warmth, and his impressive signing skills to create a unique experience for any audience.
